I bring my own top of the range Bose PA system which is portable and has blue tooth capability for your ceremony music.
The first legal step on your journey to “I do” is completing the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). This must be signed and witnessed by your celebrant at least one calendar month before your wedding day.
Closer to your ceremony, you’ll also complete a Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage (DONLIM)—usually at the rehearsal or just before the ceremony begins. The remaining legal documents are signed during the ceremony itself, as part of your special moment.
Once everything is complete, I will lodge your paperwork with Births, Deaths and Marriages, ensuring your marriage is legally registered and officially recognised.

Rehearsals look different for every couple. Some love gathering their entire bridal party for a full run-through, while others prefer a zoom call with just the three of us the week before to cover the logistics. However you choose to prepare, my role is to make sure you feel confident, comfortable, and at ease knowing exactly what to expect on your big day.
Once we’ve had our initial meet and greet and your date is officially locked in, we’ll pause for a little while. About 4 to 5 months before your ceremony, that’s when the magic really begins.
I’ll be in touch to gather some important details that I need from you to begin my preparation, and then we will schedule a planning meeting. During this time, we’ll complete the first piece of legal paperwork—the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). I’ll prepare the form using the information you provide, and we’ll sign it together (either in person or over Zoom), with me as your authorised witness.
From there, we’ll dive into your love story—the meaningful moments, the laughter, the little things that make your connection so special. This is where the heart of your ceremony takes shape, as I begin creating a script that is truly and uniquely yours.
At the ceremony you will need two witnesses present, both over the age of 18.
Every couple’s ceremony is unique, from the style and location to the number of guests. To make sure I can give you the right quote, I’d love to hear what you have in mind. Give me a call or send me an email, and we can have a relaxed chat about your vision for the day.
Once I’ve confirmed I’m available for your date, I’ll send you a booking form to fill out. To lock in your ceremony, a booking fee of 30% of the total fee is required within 14 days. Once the form and payment is received, this secures your spot and holds your special date just for you.
